Leadership
Working with our staff, campers will become more self-confident, independent, inspired, better leaders in school, at home and in life. We teach our campers that being a leader is about making a difference in the lives of others. Our program will help each boy grow as a respected leader on their team and in their community.
A part of every day is dedicated to teaching specific leadership methods. We will be teaching the children how to use their words to encourage and inspire their teammates to achieve success in everything that they do. Children will be improving their social skills while in a fun environment.
What is the Next Level Leadership Program?
Our team believes that sports have the ability to develop leaders who are charismatic, dedicated, and committed to doing their best. This unique Leadership Program will be implemented daily
We have shaped the Leadership Program to help children understand that leadership principles apply to all areas of life. Our team will instruct campers on:
- Tactics for setting and achieving personal and team goals
- Group speaking and how to inspire teammates in a positive manner.
- Learning how to have respect for themselves, their teammates, coaches, parents, and teachers.
- Healthy competitive attitudes and keeping aggressive competitiveness in check.
- Why it is important to be mentally and physically prepared.
- The power of words and how they affect teammates.
The goal of Next Level Leadership program is to develop your child on and off the field—to give them the skills to succeed and accomplish all of their goals.
